CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.
Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to the
scheduled arrival will be issued a refund
of the paid deposit, less a $25.00 administration fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to
scheduled arrival will forfeit the total deposit paid.
